Centre Management is located in the amenities corridor opposite H&M (near the escalators going out to the South Side Plaza).
Our Customer Service Desk is located in-between The Coffee Club and Foot Locker.

For easy access to the centre, lifts are positioned in the following locations:
South Building:
- Opposite Lowes: Access to Level One, Ground Level Carpark & Rooftop Carpark
- South Side Plaza: Access to Level One & South Side Plaza (which also provides access to the Ground Level Carpark)
- United Cinemas: Access to Level One, United Cinemas & Ground Level Carpark
North Building:
- Near Commercial Centre & Coles: Access to Level One, Mezzanine Level Carpark & Restaurant Plaza (which also provides access to the Ground Level Carpark)
- Near Harry Hartog Bookseller & Kmart: Access to Level One, Mezzanine Level Carpark & Restaurant Plaza (which also provides access to the Ground Level Carpark)
Please note that LEVEL ONE refers to the retail level. Shops located on the Ground Level on the South Side are best accessed using the United Cinemas lift.
